As most of you know, Teresa will be leaving us at the end of August to pursue her career in School Psychology. She is graduating from St. Rose with her Master's Degree and will be moving on. She has been a huge asset over the past 3 years . We wish her all the best in her career.
Receptionist/Medical Billing Position Available
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, warm and friendly person to join us at the practice. This position will range from 30-35 hrs per week. We are growing every year and always strive to provide our patients with the BEST in Chiropractic care. They must have a good experience everytime they come through our door. From when the Receptionist greets them to when they walk out feeling better.
Essential Skills

- Advanced Computer Skills ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Medical Billing Experience Highly Preferred (Eclipse Software)
- Extremely Organized
- Detail Oriented
- Driven to learn and to initiate projects on your own
- Able to Multi Task (Answer Phone, Check Patients In and Out etc. )
- Trustworthy and Reliable
- Willingness to Network with other Primary Care Physicians and Staff
- Desire to Build Practice
Pay and Options
- Pay will be based on experience, when you submit your resume, please include your pay requirements.
- Individual Health Benefits(Medical Only) will be provided after 3 months of service if needed. We will pay 50% of your monthly premium.
- Vacation Time and Sick Time will be offered.

Start Date
- Since we know when Teresa will be leaving we would like the new employee to overlap a minimum of two weeks with her. She will be trainign the new employee on all necessary aspects of the job.
